As soon as you have entered your credit card details in the order process, the amount is blocked on your credit card.
However, the amount will not actually be charged until the package leaves our warehouse. Otherwise, the blocked amount will be available again after about 2 weeks.
If you do not want to wait that long, please contact our customer service by phone at 06026 9925-111 or by e-mail at email@example.com. We will then block the amount. We can then remove the blocked amount manually.
