Yes, of course you can! If you don't like or like the items you ordered, you can return them to us within 30 days.

Please note that we can only take back items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please do not remove the labels.

Sealed items (books, videos, etc.) can only be exchanged if they are sealed. Shoes must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box, as this is part of the product.

Your return will usually be processed within seven working days of receipt. Please indicate the quantity and the reason for return on the return slip.

If you have already paid, the amount will be refunded according to your chosen payment method.

If you have paid by cash on delivery, we will transfer the amount back to your bank account. As soon as the goods have arrived in our returns department, you will receive an e-mail with further information about the return process.
