In principle, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office. Please check your shipment tracking accordingly. You can find this in your customer account (My Orders --> Track Shipment) or in the shipping confirmation that we sent to the e-mail address you entered during the ordering process.

Upon presentation of your ID card, you can pick up your package there within 7 working days.
