If your parcel arrives damaged, you have two options:

1) You refuse to accept your package. This will then be returned to us as a return and we will refund the amount to the payment method you have deposited after receipt in our logistics. Please note that this may take 3-5 working days.

2) If you discover that the package was damaged after you have received it, please go to your nearest post office to file a damage claim. DHL will then contact us.
