Has the order been completed to the end? Did you enter your email address correctly? You can't find an order confirmation in your spam folder either?
You can check the status of your orders at any time in your customer account (My account - My orders). If your recent order is not listed here, we need the name of the person who placed the order, the date of the order and the billing address.
