Please check the status of your order in your customer account (My account > My orders).

Status "Order received" or "In process":

Please contact us via our contact form and select the subject "Cancellation". We will then check as soon as possible whether it is still possible to cancel your order.

Status "shipped and completed":

Unfortunately, a cancellation is no longer possible. If you do not want the item(s), you can return them to us at any time. We will then refund the amount to your payment method. Follow the description under the following link:
